HOSPITALITY DESIGN

Café Delano, New Construction, 3,500 sq.ft. Interior Space
 
Location:  2720 Leeland Street, Houston, Texas 77003.

 
CONCEPT: My design concept is to create an open and welcoming space by bringing the natural light into the space through large

windows. In addition, I am adding indirect ambient light, aged brass wall sconces, pendants and sparkle lighting in order to create a

positive and energetic feeling. Considering the Covid-19 and the new CDC guideline for restaurants/cafes, for people’s safety, everyone is

required to wear mask and keep social distancing. I provisioned the latest technology into the entire space. I also added smart touch

screens device in the Entry, waiting area and on each table for people to easily access to the menu as well as for making payments.
 
       My design will meet and exceed my client expectations by following the CDC guidelines and will bring natural light, technology and

combination of vintage and modern furnishings.  To achieve my goals and for ease of use, I will provide flexible, timeless, peaceful and

useful space.  My design will achieve this and more with an inspiring and well-balanced approach.
